Léon & George

Léon & George are a California based plant provider, offering responsibly sourced shrubbery along with the highest quality ceramic planters. We worked together to conceive a new design direction and digital product offering to better position the company in an increasingly competitive market.
Refining the Brand
As with many start-ups, Léon & George had focused on the service, product and technology but felt that they had reached a point where the brand no longer reflected their aspirations. We refined the logotype and introduced new visual elements that set the brand apart from competitors.
Detailed Product Detail
Redesigned product detail pages better communicate the full Léon & George experience by highlighting the value proposition, showcasing the product in situ, providing plant and pot care information and surfacing helpful reviews from satisfied customers.
Inspiration meets guidance
The internal team had begun ramping up the quality and quantity of their seasonal editorial shoots but found the existing site didn’t do the content justice. We created interactive editorial pages to showcase the content and allow for easy-purchase.
A large percentage of the customer base were buying as gifts. We worked together to create a gifting experience that felt intuitive and personal.
